All Training Suspended Until Further Notice.

With every county authority, municipality, and school board within Central Florida , as well as the state, placing a cessation on all sporting activities, games, and practices until approximately April 15 or longer to help combat the coronavirus (COVID-19). We here at Speed Plus Sports will do our part to keep the athletes that train with us and their families as safe as possible from this virus. At this time we will be suspending all training with Speed Plus Sports until further notice. If you have purchased training sessions with us, your session will still be valid once we are cleared to start training again.

Speed Plus Sports was founded and developed through Central Florida native Boris L. Jackson. Year-Around Training

Football mini-camps are held every Sunday afternoon, year-around, from 4 - 6 PM. These mini-camps are designed to keep athletes skills extra sharp throughout the season.
 
 

Off-Season Training

Off-season workouts start November 1 and continues until July 31. These workouts are designed to increase athletes speed, agility, flexibility, power & strength.
 
  

Functional Training

This training is for boys & girls ages 9-12 years old. These young athletes will work on increasing their speed, learning to run efficiently, plyometrics, stability training, core training and more.

Female Strength Training

Female strength training starts on Nov. 1 and continue until July 31. These workouts are designed to increase female athletes speed, agility, flexibility, power & strength.

 
 

NFL Combine & Pro Day Training

This training is for College players that are looking to improve their performance at the NFL combine or their Pro Day in order to increase their draft stock or current and former NFL players that are looking for that edge going into training camp or a tryout.
