Speed Plus Sports was founded and developed through Central Florida native Boris L. Jackson. Football mini-camps are held every Sunday afternoon, year-around, from 4 - 6 PM. These mini-camps are designed to keep athletes skills extra sharp throughout the season.
Off-season workouts are intense in the off-season time frame and then reduce intensity to maintain strength during the season. These workouts are designed to increase athletes speed, agility, flexibility, power & strength.
This training is for boys & girls ages 9-12 years old. These young athletes will work on increasing their speed, learning to run efficiently, plyometrics, stability training, core training and more.

This training is for College players that are looking to improve their performance at the NFL combine or their Pro Day in order to increase their draft stock or current and former NFL players that are looking for that edge going into training camp or a tryout.
